They have the ability to transport you back in time when FUNK was funk and SOUL was soul. If they stick to that genre and focus on it, they can bring their niche to a higher notch. I remember when us baby boomers, in our youth, could easily find a great band with a super horn section. Unfortunately, those days are gone. I can guarantee anyone that if they are going to Hawaii, Powerhouse should be first on their list of must do things. I know it is my first. I'm not an expert, I just married Paul's sister and have been fortunate to experience Paul's great talent. I just wish I could find a great band like Powerhouse where I live here in Houston. Add Roy and the other guys and powerhouse is BBBBBBBBBBad to the bone!!! Don't leave Hawaii without a Powerhouse experience!
